Andreas Skatvedt Iversen

Andreas primarily works with commercial real estate. He assists clients with the purchase and sale of commercial properties and has substantial experience in due diligence processes related to property transactions. Additionally, he advises clients on planning and building law matters, as well as property structuring through subdivision, land transfers, and sectioning. He also provides assistance with tenancy matters and contract law.

Andreas also has experience with issues related to property rights, ground leases, building permits, and enforcement.
