Anneli Grøtte

Anneli is a part of our M&A team. She has previously assisted on several national and international transactions, both on the buyer and seller sides.

She has experience with due diligence processes, preparing transaction documentation, working on share purchase agreements, capital increases, mergers, and demergers. She has also been seconded as in-house counsel to one of the world's largest industrial companies.
