Eirin Kogstad Bendvold

Kogstad Bendvold primarily assists employers and employees with advice, investigations, negotiations and dispute resolution in connection with labor law issues. Ms. Kogstad works with all kinds of questions with individual and collective labor law.

Under a framework agreement with one of the largest insurance companies in Norway, Eirin assists a number of clients with advice in areas such as property law and consumer rights.

She wrote her thesis within labor law and contract law regarding revocation of dismissals.
