Merger and acquisitions

Martinsen works with M&A, where she assists Norwegian and international clients in connection with the acquisition and sale of companies and other company law matters. She wrote her Master’s thesis within company law. 

The Swedish family-owned industrial conglomerate operates, develops and acquires well-managed companies within a number of niches. Through sustainability, innovation and digitalisation, the Group wishes to contribute to long-term and competitive activities that contribute to achieving the UN’s sustainability goals.

Over the past year, we have assisted Erntströmgruppen with the purchase of a total of three Norwegian companies. With the purchase of Heat Technology, Ernstömruppen is taking further steps in the area of thermal energy and better use of electricity from renewable sources.
