Hanan Abdellaue

Abdellaue specializes in contract law and dispute resolution, and possesses particular expertise in construction law.

Abdellaue assists building owners, contractors and advisers in all phases of a construction project. This involves, among other things, drafting and negotiations of contracts, ongoing follow-up of projects and handling of disputes concerning final settlements and inadequate performances. Abdellaue has wide experience with handling large and complex projects, both for domestic and international clients. She also has expertise in PPP-contracts. Additionally, Abdellaue is well versed within dispute resolution and litigation, and has argued cases before the district court and the court of appeal.
