Ingrid Synnøve Stangeland

Ingrid Stangeland is a lawyer at our Stavanger office and is part of Arntzen de Besche’s energy group, where she mainly works with energy law, petroleum law, contract law, corporate law and M&A transactions.

She advises on the regulatory and commercial framework within the energy sector, providing advice to both national and international clients.

In respect of regulatory framework, Stangeland has particular experience with the Norwegian regulatory framework for CCS, blue and green hydrogen, and ammonia. She also has an in-depth knowledge of EU legislation concerning EU requirements for production companies in the hydrogen and ammonia industry.

In respect of M&A transactions, she has experience from both asset transactions and corporate transactions and has participated in teams advising on several large and complex deals.
