Kristin J. Wist

Wist works primarily with issues relating to real property, general company law and transactions. She provides assistance with property-related issues, transactions involving real property and companies, reorganisation processes, the negotiation and conclusion of commercial property leasing agreements, in addition to general contract law.

Commercial property and company law are Wist’s main focus areas. She has been involved in a number of due diligence processes related to property transactions, with associated contract negotiation and framing.

Wist is keen to familiarise herself with her clients’ needs and wishes, and thereby find the most optimal solutions. Kristin is passionate about her field and regularly holds lectures on a variety of property-related topics.
