Lene Nevermo Hanssen

Nevermo Hanssen primarily assists business operators with matters relating to real estate, both legal, commercial and practical aspects arising in connection with property transactions. This includes i.a. due diligence processes, the framing of contract documents, document registration and final settlement. She also assists clients in connection with tenancy and general contract law. In addition, Nevermo Hanssen has experience of property structuring and public law regulations relating to property development.

Nevermo Hanssen has in-depth knowledge of the anti-money laundering regulations, and can assist clients on managing the risk relating to money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Her master thesis dealt with questions related to legal security (rettsvern) in real estate transactions.
