Lisa Marie Førland Holmen

Holmen primarily works with M&A and capital market transactions. She has assisted in numerous acquisitions, sales, mergers/demergers for both Norwegian and international clients across various sectors. In the area of capital market transactions, she has experience with IPOs/listings, equity issues and public tender offers. Additionally, Holmen provides general corporate and contract law advice and regularly assists listed companies and bond issuers with their continuing obligations.

Holmen also has experience in dispute resolution and has served as a deputy judge.

Holmen frequently gives lectures on corporate law and corporate governance, and is a regular examiner and supervisor in various subjects at the University of Bergen.
