Maiken Lenes

Lenes provides ongoing advice and dispute resolution within employment law. She works with a wide range of employment law issues within individual and collective labour law, and adjacent areas of law.

Lenes assists both private and public entities with, among other things, redundancies, restructuring and downsizing processes, transfer of business, personnel follow-up in connection with, among other things, sick leave and underperformance, whistleblowing cases and advice related to working hours arrangements. She also has experience in negotiating employment law disputes, and with litigation of such cases before the court.
