Monica Novoa Angell

Monica works with employment law.

She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo. During her studies, Monica worked as a caseworker in the legal aid organization Jussbuss, where she worked with employment law and social security law. She has also worked as a student employee in Arkitektenes Fagforbund

Monica wrote her master`s thesis in employment law and contract law with the title “Non-competition clauses for employee shareholders. Should the competition restrictions be assessed according to the rules of the Act relating to conclusions of agreements or the Working Environment Act? A review and assessment of the elements for choosing a set of rules, with a focus on legal practice.”.
