Arntzen de Besche has assisted Sweco Norge AS in the acquisition of TAG Arkitekter AS. This is the first time Sweco acquires a Norwegian architect company. The agreement was announced 15 October.
Sweco is a European engineering consultancy company, active in the fields of consulting engineering, environmental technology and architecture with more than 17,000 employees worldwide. The company has 1,300 architects and landscaping architects and is one of the largest architect companies globally. Arntzen de Besche has been legal advisor to Sweco in the transaction. The core team has consisted of Per A. Dagslet, Malin Åkvik Granli, Anders Bugge Simonsen, Espen I. Bakken og Magnus Høegh Krohn Viddal.
