Skanem Group has its headquarter in Stavanger, and is an international supplier of product labelling in industries such as food, personal care, household goods and automotive.
Executive chairman of Skanem Group, Ole Rugland, states the following in a press release:

By joining a global player like MCC, we saw great opportunities for further growth for our businesses in Europe and Southeast Asia. The Skanem Group will continue to invest in India and Africa, where we see exciting opportunities for further growth and expansion.
The transaction was announced on September 30 and is expected to be completed during Q4 2021.
