Kristin Dalvang

Dalvang primarily assists business operators with matters relating to real property. In particular, she works on the legal, commercial and practical aspects arising in connection with property transactions. This includes bidding processes, due diligence, contract negotiations, the framing of contract documents, document registration and final settlement. She also has broad experience of commercial property letting and general contract law.

She has in-depth knowledge of the anti-money laundering regulations and has assisted numerous clients to draw up procedures to ensure that their operations manage the risks relating to money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Much of her work has been related to real estate regulations and has considerable experience of assisting commercial real estate agents.

Dalvang is keen to build long-term relationships with her clients. Working closely with each client, she provides clear and practical advice tailored to the different situations in which they find themselves.
