We are proud to have assisted Brønnøysund Kontorbygg, a syndicate set up by Swiss Life Asset Managers Nordic, with the sale of the 15,000 square meter office building (Brønnøysundregistrene) on the pier in Brønnøysund. The buyer is West Coast Invest.
The office building houses both Brønnøysundregistret and Digitaliseringsdirektoratet.
Arntzen de Besche has assisted Swiss Life since the planning stage in 2005 and has been involved in the construction of the new office building through ongoing advisory services, lease agreements, construction contracts, etc., up to the point of sale.
