Grete Asplund, CEO at Sweco stated the following in a press release:
-To shape the sustainable neighbourhoods of the future, we must work interdisciplinary. In 2020, the architecture office and housing specialist TAG became part of Sweco. Now we are further strengthening our design environment by welcoming Arcasa Architects to us.
Arcasa is behind projects such as Rolfsbukta at Fornebu, Eufemias Hage, Millskvartalet, Karenslyst alle 49, Oslo K in Kværnerbyen and Parallel at Løren.
-Over a period of time, we have considered the possibility of entering into a strategic partnership with a larger competence environment and we believe that Sweco will be a good owner for Arcasa Arkitekter. Sweco has defined sustainable architecture and urban development as priority areas. We see great possibilities for further development in what is now one of Europe's largest engineering and architectural environment, says Anne Cathrine Lund-Steigedal, CEO of Arcasa Arkitekter.
We congratulate everyone involved. Our core team consisted of Per Dagslet, Anette Walaker Hansen, Hanna Lundeberg Raanes, Magnus Høegh Krohn Viddal and Sarah Haugvad Andresen.
