Anette Walaker Sundling

Anette specializes in corporate law and M&A. She primarily assists clients with transactions, reorganizations, and other complex challenges within corporate and contract law.

Anette also has several years of experience with Norwegian and international tax law, and has particular expertise in transfer pricing. She has assisted numerous multinational corporations with the development of intra-group agreements, transfer pricing documentation, and advice related to pricing methods.

Beyond her legal expertise, Anette brings extensive project management experience to the table. This spans international tax law projects and involvement in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Anette has demonstrated her commitment to knowledge-sharing by frequently conducting presentations within her areas of expertise, focusing particularly on topics related to tax and corporate law.

As part of her academic accomplishments, Anette holds a Master's degree in Law, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in International Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London.
