We are proud to have assisted Cartesian as legal advisers in this successful funding round. Cartesian, a provider of modular and cost-effective energy storage systems managed to raise NOK 23 million, in addition to NOK 8 million in R&D funds from Norges Forskningsråd and Innovation Norway.
Cartesian is a spin-out from SINTEF Energy Research. With their storage system for large heating and cooling systems, they are able to optimize energy usage to balance the grid capacity and have surplus energy for later use.
