Cartesian successfully raises capital

We are proud to have assisted Cartesian as legal advisers in this successful funding round. Cartesian, a provider of modular and cost-effective energy storage systems managed to raise NOK 23 million, in addition to NOK 8 million in R&D funds from Norges Forskningsråd and Innovation Norway.

Sennheiser invests in Norwegian scale-up sensiBel

Today, sensiBel, a Norwegian scale-up, announced a significant milestone with the successful closure of their EUR 7 million funding round. The investment was led by Sennheiser, a global leader in professional audio, along with participation from existing shareholders including TRUMPF Venture, Skagerak Capital, Investinor, SINTEF Venture, MP Pensjon, and Halden Kommunale Pensjonskasse. We are proud to have acted as legal advisers to SensiBel throughout this transaction.

Arntzen de Besche asissts NTS in transaction with Norway Royal Salmon

Salmon farmers NTS and Norway Royal Salmon (NRS) have entered into a transaction agreement with the aim of merging NRS with NTS' wholly owned fish farming company SalmoNor. On 23 December, EQT Infrastructure V, through HATI BidCo, submitted an offer to acquire all outstanding shares in Torghatten ASA. The offer values Torghatten ASA at NOK 8.58 billion. Torghatten's shares in Widerøe is not part of the transaction with EQT.

Arntzen de Besche has assisted in the sale of FARA

It was announced 2nd December 2019 that the UK company TIcketer has acquired the technology company FARA. FARA is a leading provider in the Nordics within electronic ticketing and the products are sold to among others Sweden, Denmark, Germany, UK, Ungarn and Switzerland.
