It was announced 2nd December 2019 that the UK company TIcketer has acquired the technology company FARA. FARA is a leading provider in the Nordics within electronic ticketing and the products are sold to among others Sweden, Denmark, Germany, UK, Ungarn and Switzerland.
Arntzen de Besche has assisted the sellers in the transaction. The team has consisted of Jon Martin Atkinson, Steffen G. Rogstad, Maria B. Tanemsmo and Aleksander Rygh Pedersen
